Minimum Order Value
A minimum purchase of R500.00 applies to all orders.
Delivery Charges
- Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban:
- Orders over R2,000.00 qualify for free delivery.
- Orders under R2,000.00 are subject to a delivery fee of R150.00.
Collection Option
Customers may collect their orders free of charge from our centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.
Large or Bulky Deliveries
Very large or heavy deliveries may attract a surcharge, regardless of order value. This will be communicated in advance depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are inclusive of VAT and subject to change without prior notice. Stock availability should be confirmed when placing an order. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any inadvertent errors in pricing or product information.
Refunds & Returns
For reasons of hygiene, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or used medical products, consumables, or custom/special-order items.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned goods have been inspected and approved.
